I have not been out for the longest time. Tonight I hope is going to be amazing. I have been staying in my flat with my cousin, and watching tonnes of tv, especially Criminal Minds, that programme is brilliant.

I have also started having smaller portions of food, for example, early this morning, tea, and orange for breakfast, then a bit later, poached egg with a slice of toast. Yeah i’m being healthy.

I hope I can keep this up.
